Very Nice setup well maintain and decorated to almost high standard even though located in a cramped neighbourhood. Comfortable for 4 person. Feels like living in high end condo. Drawback - only 1 car park in front of the house. Second car need to park in common area 30 m from the house. Can be improved - No water heater and aircond on 2nd bedroom.
