Make a Claim

I’m not happy with the property after check in. How do I make a report ?

Please contact host immediately. Sometimes this is an easy fix. However, if host can’t fix for you then you have the following option :

  • To continue your stay. You will get half refund.
  • To leave. You will get full refund

In the event above, please :

  • Contact MyCribBooking within 24 hours after check in.
  • Message your host in MyCribbooking to notify them of the issue. We’ll verify this in your account.
  • Take photograph to show where the issue occurred and respond to our requests for information or cooperation. We will verify this with the host.

However, if the listing was described accurately, you may not be eligible for a refund.

You will receive your refund after our investigation complete and in favor to you. We do this to ensure the claim is valid and to avoid guest misuse the policy. We are here to protect both party (Guest and Host) interest.

Please be reminded that your claim will not be entertained if it is reported to us after 24 hours you check-in.
