Help to Host
MyCribBooking discourage reservation or booking cancellation from both parties hosts and guests. We advise hosts and guests check their availability on the specified date before confirming their booking and reservation.
Cancellation is possible under the following stage :
- Guests – before hosts confirm your booking.
- Hosts – by rejecting guests booking request.
Guests cancellation after booking is made should be done outside the system and must be agreed between guests and hosts. Guests must agree to the cancellation condition specified by hosts in the listing before making the claims. If both parties can’t reach the agreement, guests can contact MyCribBooking and MyCribBooking will act as the mediator between guests and hosts.
Hosts cancellation is not possible after above stage unless under extenuating circumstances. Other than that condition, penalties will be applied. Cancelling guests reservation can have serious implications on their trip.
Guest Refund Policy support guest in case they have issues and it only applicable under the following situations :
- Host Cancel Reservation or under any circumstances guest unable to check in to the booked property due to host fault.
- The booked property misrepresentation or lack of amenities as mention in the listing.
- The booked property is not as described in the listing or not clean or safety is an issue and is not able to be resolved by the host.
Guest can make a report to MyCribBooking within 24 hours after checked-in. To make a claim,
MyCribBooking will release payout to host 24 hours after guest checked-in. We hold the payout for 24 hours in case there is a claim made by guest according to our Guest Refund Policy. However, it depends on bank processing time to reach your account. To learn more go to “When do I get Paid” tab.
MyCribbooking release payout to you 24 hours after your guest scheduled check-in. When the fund arrive to your bank account depending on your payout method. The average processing time for local bank to local bank transfers will be 1 – 3 days. It will take more time if it involves international bank account. Please check with you bank.
MyCribbooking will send you email to notify you when we release your payout.
Please bear in mind if your payout scheduled between Friday and Sunday, your payout will be process the following week as banks systems don’t process transactions on weekends or public holidays.

MyCribBooking treat safety and security seriously.
MyCribBooking also provide managed services to property/homestay owner if they prefer this option. This option is for property/homestay owner who do not want the hassle of managing the listing in MyCribBooking. They basically leave the operation to MyCribBooking and they will only attend call from MyCribBooking personnel in case there is any booking request on their property.
